Some antidiabetic agents may cause serious side effects in elderly patients. Elderly patients may be at higher risk for such side effects of antidiabetic agents. Therefore, precautions should be taken to avoid elderly patients from taking antidiabetic agents. Elderly patients are at higher risk of developing antidiabetic agents (see section 4.5).

Zyprexa® is a drug to treat psychotic or bipolar disorder. It can also be used to lower your risk of having a head injury when you first start treatment. Zyprexa is used to treat both bipolar disorder and schizophrenia. Zyprexa is also an antipsychotic that may be used off-label to treat depression and other mental illnesses. It works by blocking certain receptors in the brain to help you manage your symptoms and control your mental health.
Zyprexa is also used to treat the symptoms of depression and anxiety disorder. Zyprexa may also be used for other conditions as determined by your doctor.
Some side effects of Zyprexa may be mild and temporary. These side effects are usually temporary and temporary. These side effects may go away as your body adjusts to the drug. However, if these side effects continue, speak to your doctor.

Ophthalmic preparations of olanzapine include a non-toxic ophthalmic solution called ZOLAO ophthalmic solution that is used to treat or prevent ocular conditions such as: • Accutane eye infections; • Corneal Ulcers; • Conjunctivitis, which is caused by bacteria called Pseudomonas aeruginosa, which causes corneal ulcers. • Acetylcysteine, a metabolite of histamine, that causes the production of a group of chemicals called cytokines, such as TNF-α and interleukin-6, which are involved in inflammation and cell signaling. • Glucocorticoids, which are drugs that treat conditions that cause constipation, such as: • Aspirin or similar anti-inflammatory medications (e.g., aspirin) that reduce the production of a group of chemicals called cyclo-oxygenase-2 (COX-2) which are involved in inflammation and growth.

Ophthalmic forms of olanzapine can be prepared by the following steps.
